Applicability of chapter
Known as the Utility Relocation Assistance Act
The act spans §§ 24-13-101 to 24-13-104 (4 sections).
(a) This chapter does not apply to any taking or damaging of property for which a utility is entitled to compensation pursuant to:
(i) Other applicable law;
(ii) The constitution of this state or of the United States; or (iii) A binding agreement inuring to the utility's benefit.
