Mechanical breakdown insurance organizations; form and content of dealer's license
Known as the Mechanical Breakdown Insurance Act
The act spans §§ 26-37-101 to 26-37-128 (28 sections).
(a) The commissioner shall prescribe the form of the mechanical breakdown insurance dealer's license which shall contain the:
(i) Name of the licensee and his business address;
(ii) Date of issuance and the date of expiration; and (iii) Name of the represented mechanical breakdown insurance organization.
