Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-4-802

(a) The state department of health shall make all rules and regulations necessary for:

(i) Dissemination of the provisions of W.S. 35-4-801 to all hospitals and physicians within the state; and (ii) Implementation of W.S. 35-4-801, as amended.
