Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1013

Findings requiring inclusion of substance in Schedule I

Known as the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act

The act spans §§ 35-7-1001 to 35-7-1064 (64 sections).

(a) The commissioner shall place a substance in Schedule I if he finds that the substance:

(i) Has high potential for abuse; and (ii) Has no accepted medical use in treatment in the United States or lacks accepted safety for use in treatment under medical supervision.
