Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1019

Findings requiring inclusion of substance in Schedule IV

Known as the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act

The act spans §§ 35-7-1001 to 35-7-1064 (64 sections).

(a) The commissioner shall place a substance in Schedule IV if he finds that:

(i) The substance has a low potential for abuse relative to substances in Schedule III;

(ii) The substance has currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and (iii) Abuse of the substance may lead to limited physical dependence or psychological dependence relative to the substances in Schedule III.
