Short title

Known as the Uniform Consumer Credit Code

The act spans §§ 40–40 (172 sections).

This article shall be known and may be cited as "Uniform Consumer Credit Code-Remedies and Penalties." 40-14-502. Scope. This part applies to actions or other proceedings to enforce rights arising from consumer credit sales, consumer leases, and consumer loans; and, in addition, to extortionate extensions of credit (W.S. 40-14-507).
