• 225 ILCS 205/3No such permit shall be granted by a fair board until it has investigated the carnival and is satisfied that, if permitted, it will be operated in accordance with the permit and the provisions of this Act
• 225 ILCS 205/4The permit as provided for in this Act shall be made in duplicate, one copy thereof being retained by the fair board
• 225 ILCS 205/5Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense
