620 ILCS 45/17In case any officer whose signature appears on the bonds shall cease to be such officer before delivery of such bonds, such signature shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes the same as if such officer had remained in office until such delivery was effected

620 ILCS 45/5Vacancies in the Board of Directors occasioned by removal, resignation or otherwise, shall be reported to the county board, or to the governing authorities of the respective taxing body appointing the director, and shall be filled in like manner as the original appointments
