• 55 ILCS 65/6The presiding officer of the county board shall have the power to remove from office any trustee appointed under this Act, and to fill all vacancies which may in any way occur
• 55 ILCS 65/7The compensation of the trustees and treasurer mentioned in the foregoing Sections of this Act shall be fixed by the county boards of the respective counties
• 55 ILCS 65/8Purchases made pursuant to this Act shall be made in compliance with the "Local Government Prompt Payment Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth General Assembly
