• 110 ILCS 210/1This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Financial Assistance Act for Nonpublic Institutions of Higher Learning"

• 110 ILCS 210/7The Board shall keep an accurate record of all its activities under this Act and shall make a report to its members, to the Governor and to the General Assembly, such report to be a part of its annual report
• 110 ILCS 210/8If any provision of this Act is declared invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions of the Act which can be given effect without the invalid provision, and to this end, the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable
