  • 505 ILCS 95/18No person shall knowingly fail or refuse to comply with any requirement of this Act where obligated to comply by a duly approved milk promotion program
  • 505 ILCS 95/19A proposed amendment to an existing milk promotion program may be requested by petition to the Milk Promotion Board by 10% of the affected producers or by 2/3 majority vote of the Milk Promotion Board
  • 505 ILCS 95/2This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Milk Promotion Act"
  • 505 ILCS 95/20The operation of any milk promotion program or any part thereof may be temporarily suspended for any reasonable cause by the Milk Promotion Board for any period of time not to exceed one year
