• 30 ILCS 710/3-1This Article shall be known and may be cited as the "Regional Correctional Facilities Act"

• 30 ILCS 710/3-6Any group of counties receiving a grant under the provisions of this Act may, through their governing bodies, use unexpended funds, accept gifts, grants and subsidies from any lawful source, and apply for and accept federal funds
• 30 ILCS 710/3-7No county or group of counties electing to construct a correctional facility pursuant to this Act shall be eligible for the grant herein provided unless and until its comprehensive plan shall have been approved by the Department
• 30 ILCS 710/3-8(a) The regional correctional facilities advisory board established pursuant to this Act shall consist of a single member from each of the participating counties
• 30 ILCS 710/3-9The Department shall make grants to assist counties in the construction of regional corrections facilities pursuant to Section 3-15-2 of the Unified Code of Corrections
