225 ILCS 235/3.11"Commercial structural pest control business" means any business in the course of which any person performs, advertises, or contracts to perform structural pest control services on property under the ownership or control of another

225 ILCS 235/3.15"Registrant" means a person registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act
