• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.06"Intoxicating Beverage" means any beverage enumerated in the "Liquor Control Act of 1934"
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.07"Local authority" means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt local police regulations under the Constitution and laws of this State
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.08"Narcotic drug" means any substance defined as a narcotic drug in the "Illinois Controlled Substances Act"
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.09"Operate" means to ride in or on, other than as a passenger, use or control the operation of a snowmobile in any manner, whether or not the snowmobile is under way
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.10"Operator" means every person who operates or is in actual physical control of a snowmobile
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.11"Owner" means a person, other than a lien holder, having title to a snowmobile
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.12"Person" means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association, or other entity
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.13"Register" means the act of assigning a registration number to a snowmobile
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.14"Roadway" means that portion of a highway improved, designed or ordinarily used for vehicular travel, exclusive of the berm or shoulder
• 625 ILCS 40/1-2.15"Snowmobile" means a self-propelled device designed for travel on snow or ice or natural terrain steered by skis or runners, and supported in part by skis, belts, or cleats
