  • 110 ILCS 935/3.06"Residency program" means a program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association

  • 110 ILCS 935/4.11To require residency programs seeking grants under this Act to make application according to procedures consistent with the priorities and guidelines established in Sections 4.01 and 4.02 of this Act
