Section 1371, Pub. L. 86–649, title II, § 201, July 14, 1960, 74 Stat. 506, related to fees, charges, and commissions for applications and other documents relating to public lands and resources. Section 1372, Pub. L. 86–649, title II, § 202(a), July 14, 1960, 74 Stat. 506, provided that existing fees, charges, and commissions remain in effect until changed or abolished by the Secretary.
