Section 41740 · Joint proposals

The Secretary of Transportation shall encourage the submission of joint proposals proposals, including joint fares, by 2 or more air carriers for providing air service or air transportation under this subchapter through arrangements that maximize the service or transportation to and from major destinations beyond the hub.
