Per Curiam,

¶1The decree is reversed at the costs of the appellees and the injunction dissolved.

¶2Prior to the injunction in this case, an injunction was issued by C. P. No. 1, restraining the city from executing a contract with the same company, on the ground that the specifications by calling for a patented appliance, prevented competition. Breen v. Pittsburgh, 6 Pa. C. C. R.
