¶1Costs of a commission.
¶2Levy exhibited an account of expenses in the execution of a commission,
¶3which had issued for the plaintiff, ex parte, and moved that they might be allowed in the costs.
¶4Besides the charges for swearing the witnesses, and their attendance on the commissioners, there were charges for agency, and for the expenses of travelling to collect the testimony.
¶5The Court allowed the charges for swearing the witnesses, and for their attendance ; but rejected those for agency and travelling.
