¶1The Supreme Court affirmed the ruling of the Court below on May 1st, 1882, in the following opinion,
¶2There was no error in the answers of the Court to the points. There was evidence of an agreement not to bid at the sale, and the question of fraud was fairly submitted to the jury.
¶3Judgment affirmed.
