¶1This was an appeal from the decree of the court below denying to the plaintiff a preliminary injunction. As we do not discuss such cases, we will merely say that we see no reason why the decree should be disturbed.
¶2Decree affirmed, and the appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellant.
