¶1On Rehearing.
¶2A reconsideration of this case, with particular reference to bills of exception Nos. 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 15, has confirmed us in the correctness of the conclusions of law which are expressed in our original opinion herein.
¶3It is therefore ordered that the original opinion be reinstated and made the final judgment of the court.
