¶1Mr. Justice Thompson, having been of counsel in the earlier stages of this case, took no part in the hearing, etc., of this appeal. The remaining six members of the court before whom it was heard being equally divided in opinion, the decree of the orphans’ court stands as though the same had been affirmed.
