1. CRIMINAL LAW — <italic>Robbery.</italic> — Whoever takes from the person of another any article of value by violence or by putting in fear, is guilty of robbery. IC 35-13-4-6. p. 296. 2. APPEAL — <italic>Standard of Review.</italic> — When reviewing the sufficiency of the evidence, the Court will not weigh evidence or determine credibility will look only to the evidence which supports the judgment, and will affirm if there is evidence of probative value from which guilt beyond a reasonable doubt may be inferred. p. 296. 3. CRIMINAL LAW — <italic>Robbery.</italic> — Recovery of the stolen property and its production at trial are neither essential to prove a robbery was committed nor that the accused committed it. p. 297. 4. CRIMINAL LAW — <italic>Variance.</italic> — A variance to be fatal between the State's proof and its answer to a defendant's alibi notice must be of such a substantial nature as to mislead the accused in preparing or maintaining his defense or be of such a degree as would likely place him in second jeopardy for the same offense. p. 298. 5. CRIMINAL LAW — <italic>Prior Convictions.</italic> — It is not error to permit impeachment concerning prior convictions on charges which reflect upon a witness' propensity for truth and veracity. p. 299.
