State v. Scott

¶1ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited solely to defendant’s sentences on Count 5 (robbery) and Count 8 (attempted murder) on Indictment No. 98-05-04931, and on those issues the matter is summarily remanded to the trial court for resentencing in light of State v. Natale, 184 N.J. 458, 878 A.2d 724 (2005).
