Hofecker v. Pfeil

Supreme Court of Pennsylvania

Decided October 23, 1899

Supreme Court of Pennsylvania · decided 1899-10-23

Appeal, No. 101, Oct. T., 1899, by defendant, from decree of C. P. Cambria Co., Dec. T., 1897, No. 2, on bill in equity. Bill in equity to cancel a deed.

Affirmed · Decided 1899-10-23

Per Curiam,

¶1There appears to be no error in this record, of which the defendant has any just reason to complain. The decree was fully warranted by the facts correctly found by the learned referee and approved by the court. All that can be profitably said in relation to the questions involved will be found in the clear and satisfactory opinion of the learned president of the common pleas. On that opinion, the decree is affirmed and appeal dismissed at appellant’s costs.
