Per Curiam,

¶1Upon due consideration of the provisions of the will we are convinced that the court did not err in sustaining the exceptions and amending the adjudication and award. We therefore dismiss the assignments of error and affinn the decree on the clear and satisfactory opinion of Judge Ashman.

¶2Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the cost of the appellant.
