¶32State v. Reddig
¶33No. 20140123
¶35Per Curiam.
¶36[¶1] Bryan Reddig appeals from a district court order denying his motion to withdraw his plea of guilty. He argues the district court abused its discretion in denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea under N.D.R.Crim.P. 11(d)(1)(B)(ii). We conclude the district court did not abuse its discretion, and we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
