¶1Application for a writ of certiorari to the secretary of the District Court of San Jnan, Section 2, in an action of unlawful detainer.
¶2Appeal dismissed and writ denied for failure to allege in the application the date on which the petitioner was served with notice of the judgment in the unlawful detainer proceedings and the date the notice of appeal was filed in the office of the secretary, and also whether the amount due or a bond satisfactory to the court was deposited with the secretary.
