¶1It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further
¶2ORDERED that the appellant shall electronically serve and file a supplemental brief on or before February 26, 2018, and respondents' may electronically serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of the appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before March 28, 2018.
