¶1Concurring Opinion
¶2I concur with the result of the majority opinion. However, I wish to point out that I do not concur with the citing of Bernard v. State (1967), 248 Ind. 688, 230 N. E. 2d 536 and Johns v. State (1968), 251 Ind. 172, 240 N. E. 2d 60. Both of these cases stand for the proposition that it is reversible error for the State to call witnesses whose names have not been furnished to defendant prior to trial. They are not necessary or authority for the decision reached herein, and, therefore, should not be cited.
¶3Arterburn, J., concurs.
