¶1The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Common Pleas on March 12, 1883, in the following opinion,
¶2These affidavits ai’e too vague and indefinite. They fail to> aver with reasonable certainty facts constituting a • defence to the claim of the defendant in error, or those sufficient to establish a valid set off.
