31 Or. App. 1027

State v. Dixon

Court of Appeals of Oregon

Decided December 5, 1977

Court of Appeals of Oregon · decided 1977-12-05

Applies OR 135 § 135.815 · OR 135 § 135.845

Decided 1977-12-05

PER CURIAM.

¶1Defendant’s sole contention on appeal is that his defense was prejudiced by the state’s failure to comply with the discovery statute, ORS 135.815, and that therefore his conviction for prostitution should be reversed. Not only did defendant not make a record of any specific prejudice, he did not request discovery in accordance with the discovery statute, ORS 135.845.

¶2Affirmed.
