¶2I remain of the view that I expressed in concurring in Commonwealth v. Garvin, 335 Pa.Super. 560, 485 A.2d 36 (1984). I nevertheless concur in the order affirming the judgment of sentence. Given the overwhelming evidence of appellant’s guilt, I am satisfied that the Commonwealth met its burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that counsel’s incompetence was harmless because it had no effect on the outcome of the case.
