¶1The mere refusal to pay a debt is not a fraud. We know no act of assembly which authorizes the property in question to be reached by bill in equity, in the manner here attempted. The demurrer was justly sustained.

¶2Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellant.
