Per Curiam:

¶1These cases were argued together. They are from the same decree. The court correctly held that all the evidence was insufficient to prove a waiver of the limitation of the act of 1834. *501Nothing less than clear and undoubted evidence should be held sufficient to extend the lien of debts against the real estate of a decedent. The assignments of error are not sustained.

¶2Decree affirmed in each case, and the appeals dismissed, at the costs of the respective appellants therein.
