¶1(concurring). I agree with the result reached by the majority on all points. However, I wish to make it clear that I am concurring in the reduction of the death sentence to life imprisonment only because of the prosecutor’s waiver of the death penalty. See my concurring opinion in State v. Laws, 51 N. J. 494, 515 (1968). Justice Haneman joins in this concurrence.
