This action was brought to set aside a judgment annulling a marriage contract between the parties and declaring void an ante-nuptial contract also made between them.

Three appeals and three motions in this action were argued and disposed of together. As to the appeals the following is the mem. of the opinion: “First. The judgment of the Special Term entered on the 2d day of August, 1886, was an interlocutory judgment.
