¶1Based on the controlling authority of State v. F.G., 630 So.2d 581 (Fla. 3d DCA 1993), the appeal by the state from the otherwise lawful disposition imposed by the juvenile court below is dismissed upon a holding that the state may not appeal from such a lawful disposition under Section 39.069(l)(b)(5), Florida Statutes (1993), nor seek certiorari review of same.
¶2Appeal dismissed.
