Jerrell Lamar Meadows, Appellant Pro Se.

David Calhoun Stephens, Assistant United States Attorney, Greenville, South Carolina, for Appellee.

Before WILKINSON, NIEMEYER, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

¶1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Meadows, Nos. CR-90-310; CA-94-775-7-3AK (D.S.C. Feb. 17, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.*

AFFIRMED

We also deny Appellant's motion to compel production of certain trial and court records
