A schedute. In Spanish law. An act under private signature, by which a debtor admits the amount of the debt, and binds himself to discharge the same on a specified day or on demand. Also the notice or citation affixed to the door of'a fugitive criminal requiring him to appear before the court where the accusation is pending.
