Pauper

A person se poor that he must be supported at publlc expense; also a suitor who, on account of poverty, is allowed to sue or defend without being chargeable with costs. — Dispauper. To deprive one of the stains of a pauper and of any benefits incidental thereto: particularly, to take away the right to sue in forma pauperis because the person so suing, during the progress of the suit, has acquired money or property which would enable him to sustain the costs of the action.
