A reletting or renewal of a lease; a tacit relocation is permitting a tenant to hold over without any new agreement In mining law. A new or fresh location of an abandoned or forfeited mining claim by a stranger, or by the original locator when he wishes to change the boundaries or to correct mistakes in the original location.
