crim. law, is the detestable crime of having commerce contrary to the order of nature by mankind with mankind, or with brute beasts, or by womankind with brute beasts.

Mot. Bestialité. This is a highly penal offence. ' BUILDING, estates, is an edifice erected by art and fixed upon or on the soil, composed of different pieces of stone, brick, marble, wood or other proper substance, connected together, and designed for permanent use in the position in which it is so fixed.
