To grow to; to be added to; to become a present right or demand, as the interest accrues on the principal. Accruing costs are those which become due and are created after judgment; as the costs of an execution. See Johnson v. Ins. Co., 91 [1L95, 33 Am. Rep. 47; Strasser v. Staats, 59 Hun 143, 13 N. Y.
