Those damages which arise not from the Immediate act of the party, but as an Incidental consequence of such act. See Dam.v CONSERVATOR (Lat oonservare, to preserve). A preserver; one whose business it is to attend to the enforcement of certain statutes. A delegated umpire or standing arbitrator, chosen to compose and adjust difficulties arising between two parties.
