Consequential Damages

Those damages or those losses which arise not from the immediate act of the party, but in consequence of such act. Those produced naturally, but not directly. CONSERVATOR (Lat. eonservare, to preserve). A preserver; one whose business it is to attend to the enforcement of certain statutes. A delegated umpire or standing arbitrator, chosen to compose and adjust difficulties arising between two parties.
