A provision made for the support of the clergy. Salary; settled pay. In a bequest of £100 for masses for the repose of the testator’s soul, at a stipend of five shillings each, it was held to mean price and not to involve any attempt to create a perpetuity; 19 L. R. Q. B. 177.
