Dejieere, ^q. v.) was more commonly used in the civil law. Calvb, quoting Spiegelius, makes a distinction between these terms; ^icers signifying to keep out one who has not yet entered, dejicere, to eject one who has already entered. Calv. Lex. EJURARK Lat. [from e, from, and jurare, to swear.] In feudal law. To abjure, renounce or disclaim by oath.
