Ejicere

Lat. [from «, out, and>acer0 to throw.] To throw or cast out; to eject or dispossess. Bract, fol. 165, 166. Dejieere, ^q. v.) was more commonly used in the civil law. Calvb, quoting Spiegelius, makes a distinction between these terms; ^icers signifying to keep out one who has not yet entered, dejicere, to eject one who has already entered. Calv. Lex. EJURARK Lat.
